Programs
Connecting enduring scholarship with the realities, responsibilities, and possibilities of a world now taking shape.
Self-Led Schools
A community-based program bringing Internal Family Systems (IFS) into schools through collaboration between local educators, IFS-trained providers, parents, and researchers. Teachers and parents train together in IFS-informed practices, forming peer support networks that sustain the work beyond any single workshop. Students are gradually introduced to the language of Self and parts through classroom integration. Highgate coordinates the collaboration, connecting each local group to a wider network of schools and practitioners doing the same work.
Early Impact Program
A mentorship and cohort program connecting young people of any age with real projects in their areas of interest, from scientific research to the arts to community initiatives. Participants explore different fields through group experiences, work alongside mentors on meaningful projects, and develop skills through peer learning and workshops. Highgate coordinates the mentorship structure, ensures quality and safety, and connects each participant to a growing network of learners, mentors, and partner organizations where their contributions are genuine and credited.
